The Civil Bureau is responsible for serving all civil processes and orders of the various Courts issued in Craven County. These include summons and complaints in civil and domestic cases, notices of hearings, actions for evictions and eviction judgements, writs of possession of property, subpoenas, etc. The Bureau has two dedicated Child Support Enforcement Deputies whose primary responsibility is the service of court-issued child support processes.
