Mission

It is the mission of the Craven-Pamlico Animal Services Center (CPASC) is to provide love, care, and a voice for the forgotten, unwanted, misunderstood, and abused. We embrace the responsibility of giving every animal a fresh start, turning past hardships into opportunities for healing and hope. With an incredible team of dedicated individuals, we make thoughtful, compassionate choices to ensure each animal’s well-being and future. At the heart of CPASC is the belief that we can't save them all, but we can try. 

Services

• Rabies Control - removes unvaccinated and stray animals, sponsors rabies clinics through local veterinary offices, provides animal quarantine.
• Public Education - through organized lectures, individual consultations and a variety of written materials available upon request.
• Pet Adoptions - provided at CPASC for a fee with certificates provided for rabies vaccinations and population control.
