Effective July 1, 2017 the Craven County Trash Sticker changed from a $2.25 Sticker (Orange) to a $3.00 Sticker (Red). Beginning July 5, 2017 the $2.25 Stickers (Orange) may be exchanged with an additional $.75 at the Craven County Solid Waste Department in the County Administrative Building at 406 Craven Street through December 29, 2017. The mission of the Craven County Department of Solid Waste & Recycling is to provide services to all residents of Craven County for curbside refuse and recycling pick up, assistance in removing junk vehicles, assistance in cleaning up illegal dump sites, and the operation of seven convenience centers for solid waste disposal in Craven County.
