The North Carolina Division of Public Health requires local health departments to conduct a comprehensive community health needs assessment (CHNA) every three to four years. The purpose of a CHNA is to examine the health issues of communities within the county and to identify health priorities that will be the focus for community health improvement for the next three years (2025-2027). The Craven County Health Department is pleased to present the 2024 CHNA Report. The document can be found here.
