NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE
CRAVEN COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING
PROPOSED STORMWATER ORDINANCE & PROGRAM
In accordance with North Carolina General Statutes, Craven County (“County”) intends to adopt a proposed Stormwater Ordinance & Program for the unincorporated areas of the County. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed Stormwater Ordinance & Program which will be added to the codified Ordinances of Craven County.
The Craven County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on these matters at 6:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached) on Monday, May 6th, 2024, in the Commissioners’ Room in the Craven County Administration Building which is located at 406 Craven Street, New Bern, NC 28562, and all interested persons are invited to attend and present their views.
Copies of the ordinance & program are available for public review Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Craven County Planning Department, 2828 Neuse Boulevard, New Bern, NC or online at https://www.cravencountync.gov/.
