New shell building project approved for Craven Industrial Park

During their December 7 meeting, the Craven County Board of Commissioners approved the sale of six acres of property within the Industrial Park to Bayfront Development for $20,000 an acre, or a total of $120,000. According to Economic Development Director Jeff Wood, the company plans to invest $1 million to construct a 20,000 square foot shell building, which will be expandable to 40,000 square feet. >>READ MORE
