NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed quotes will be received via mail or in person from vendors and opened on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 3:00 pm in the Commissioners Room upstairs of the Craven County Administration Building at 406 Craven Street, New Bern, NC at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Please mark on front of bid:

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of vehicles for several Craven County
departments. Bidders shall be advised of the results.
The quotes shall consist of four (4) GMC Terrains, which will be 2024 new vehicles per the specs listed below.
No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days. Any questions regarding the bid must be submitted in writing to Craig Wilkie at by 5:00pm, Monday, Sept. 23, 2024 and an addendum will be issued with answers if necessary.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. The attached General Provisions are incorporated into the Purchase Order that will be awarded.
