Craven County is accepting bid packages for Title IIIC Nutrition Program (Meals on Wheels and Congregate meals). This will be a two-year contract. Approximately 48,000 meals are estimated to be served in each fiscal year. Contract will cover July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. If there is a change in funding the number of meals to be served will be adjusted. Preference will be given to companies with a minimum of 3 years of Title IIIC Nutrition Program meal provision. All state contract forms will have to be entered into and agreed upon by the awarded recipient. Addendum 1: Added 1/17/2023 Optional Site Visit:
There will be an optional site visits on Monday, January 23, 2023. The 2 times are 1:00pm or 3:00pm, please choose one to visit the site at 811 George St, New Bern, NC 28560. Vendors only need to come at 1:00pm or 3:00pm.
