Craven Area Rural Transit System (CARTS) is holding a series of public information meetings for residents of Craven County, Jones County and Pamlico County. Citizens will have an opportunity to ask questions about the public transit system, review the CARTS Title VI Nondiscrimination Plan, which is updated every three years, and provide feedback to CARTS staff.
