Voting Guide - November 2018

The Voter Registration Deadline is October 15, 2018, and General Election Day is November 6, 2018, when polls will be open from 6:30 AM until 7:30 PM. Early voting begins October 17 at the Board of Elections office, Cove City Fire Department, Vanceboro Fire Department, and in Havelock at the New Beginnings Ministry of Faith. Voters displaced as a result of Hurricane Florence should use their residence address prior to the hurricane unless they have moved permanently to a new address.
