Senior Softball

Come play with the Senior Softball League. Players must be 45 years of age or better. Starting in March, the team will practice on Wednesdays from 5:00pm - 7:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am - 12:00pm at Creekside Park. No registration required. Craven County Co-Ed Kickball (new)

Craven County Recreation is currently accepting registration for a newly created co-ed kickball league for adults. The league, which is set to begin on Tuesday, April 13th, will feature a five game schedule. Each kickball team will consist of a minimum of four female and five male players. Players must be at least 16 years of age. Games will be played on Tuesday nights at Creekside Park. Team registration continues Friday, March 26th. Entry fee per team is $100. Spring 2010 Men's Softball (new)

An organizational meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 9th at 6:00 pm in the Craven County Administration building. New Bern Girls Babe Ruth Softball

We will be fielding teams in the following age divisions: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U. All players who are at least 5 years of age as of April 30, 2010, and not older than 18 years of age as of December 31, 2009 are eligible. First time players are asked to bring a copy of your birth certificate for age verification.

Sign-up fee is $35 per player which includes uniform. Forms will be available at registration. You can also access a form by clicking on here. For additional information, please call Tim Bayliss.

Vanceboro Youth Basketball

The Vanceboro Youth Basketball League is for boys and girls ages 6-15. Every player will receive a t-shirt and trophy. Games are played every Saturday at Vanceboro Farm Life Elementary School. The spring season for 2009 in currently underway.

The NBASA office is located at 403-B Airport Road, New Bern, NC 28560. The office phone number is (252) 635-6700 and the hot-line number is (252) 635-6677.You may reach them in the office Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

Registration Fees:

New players to NBASA will need to purchase a uniform; the Uniform fee is $24.00 which includes a jersey, shorts, and a pair of soccer socks.

Players may also register by mail or at the office.Registration forms may be downloaded from the web site at www.nbasa.com, or they may be picked up from the mailbox just outside the Soccer Office. If you have not played in the NBASA before, please bring a non-notarized copy of a document with the players date of birth; they will need to retain this document for their files. Registration forms received after August 18, 2006 will be placed on teams with spots available.The web site and hot-line will have this information as soon as it is available.

NBASA Adult League:
