What is DeltAlert^®?

DeltAlert^® is a web-based Mass Notification System that enables Emergency Services to make time-sensitive announcements in a rapid, reliable, manner. DeltAlert allows us to provide Emergency Notification to the residents of Craven County for emergencies that would be an imminent threat to life and or property such as Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Floods, Hazardous Materials and Biological Emergencies.

Instructions for Sign-Up

1. Select above link: Sign-up for County Emergency Alert Notifications thru DeltAlert
   
   
2. Select New User "Not yet Registered"
   
   
3. Enter your Email Address
   
   
4. Create Password
   
   
5. Verify Password
   
   
6. Check box "I agree to Terms and Conditions - Open and read (this will active the sign-in button)
   
   
7. Click Sign-Up
   
   
8. Webpage opens to Emergency & Mass Notification Opt-In Site for Craven County Residences "My Account"
   
   
9. Select Notifications you would like to receive
   
   
10. Enter Name
    
    
11. Select Contact Option (i.e. Voice, Email or SMS Text) click "add"
    
    
12. Enter 10 digit Telephone Number (i.e. 2521231213) – other options can be added also such as email address. (Only 1 notification will be sent if first contact is made)
    
    
13. Select Location "Look up Address"
    
    
14. Enter your Home Address - click find address
    
    
15. Check "Terms & Conditions" - open and read
    
    
16. Click "Save"
