Provides at home care for patients in Craven and western Pamlico counties. Patients may be referred by their physician, hospital discharge planners or community service organizations. All services are ordered by and rendered under the supervision of the patient's physician and meets skilled as well as intermittent guidelines. The patient must be homebound and require a skilled service rather than custodial care.
